We follow 2 stages, each designed to reduce your risk and maximize your return.

STAGE 1

Launch Phase

Duration: approx. 9 months
Fee: 3,000 €/month

Together, we set clear goals, conduct in-depth market research and a feasibility study, and design a strategic commercial roadmap tailored to your brand.

We then proactively introduce your brand across the entire Spanish market — reaching a very extensive range of potential clients and distributors, not just a select few.

This stage involves intensive work: we leverage our full database, initiate hundreds of contacts, build your local presence, and drive your first opportunities.

You’ll have full access to all the work we do and every contact we generate.

Note: During this initial phase, we apply a monthly fee to cover the heavy groundwork and because building significant sales always takes time — but you’re free to pause or stop at any time. Your satisfaction is our priority.

STAGE 2

Growth Phase

Duration: Unlimited (as long as you want)
Fee: Only commission on sales

Once the foundation is built, we switch to a commission-only model and focus on sales growth — fully aligning our success with yours.

We will continue working for you as long as you wish and as long as we meet the sales goals we set together.

In this stage we will also decide together whether to expand the sales network with more agents, and also whether to replicate the model in other EU countries or in LATAM.
